1. Services

  • We provide mobile auto detailing services at your specified location.

  • Service descriptions and pricing are outlined on our website/service agreements.

2. Booking & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Full payment is due upon service completion (cash, e-transfer, or credit card).

  • Cancellations require 24 hours notice; late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Vehicle Condition & Liability

  • Clients must disclose pre-existing damage before service begins.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing paint/mechanical issues

    • Damage caused by extreme vehicle neglect (e.g., severe mold, rust)

    • Items left in the vehicle during service

4. Weather Policy

  • Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather (rain, extreme cold).

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service for resolution.

6. Changes to Terms

  • Terms may be updated; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
